Rotor Dynamic Study for a leading aerospace engine manufacturer
R&D Test System carried out a study regarding an investigation of the effects of new and updated driveline components on a dynamic test rig.
The study interacted closely with the development and detailed design of new driveline components. Furthermore, the modal analyses were executed to identify critical speeds and delineate keep-out-zones while the harmonic response analyses were executed to map forces at critical locations on the test rig and the driveline.
