Job opening: Systems Engineer

You will be a part of our Test Systems department, which develops and delivers technically complex systems within the wind- and aerospace industry. Over the years, we have developed and delivered complete turnkey solutions for a wide range of large and internationally acclaimed companies.

Interest in advanced machines and mechanical products
You have a natural interest and understanding of advanced machines and mechanical structures. Personally, you are independent and committed to your assignments and strive to take a design to new limits.

Responsibilities

You will be tying the projects together from concepts to commissioning, ensuring that the mechanical-, hydraulic-, electrical- and control systems function as one high-performance machine
You will participate in scoping functionality, performance and integration of our test bench systems
The job also includes commissioning in the final stages of the projects and travelling for on-site inspection and commissioning. Annual travel days are approximately up to 40 days

We expect that you

Have a Master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering
Have experience with control of hydraulic systems
Have a practical approach to hydraulics, systems design, SW design and PLC programming
Knowledge of Simulink and MATLAB
Have strong analytical and numerical skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Are fully proficient in English
Are open to learning new things

We have several locations

R&D is an international company with several locations both in and outside Denmark. You can work from our headquarters in Hinnerup but it is also possible to be located at our office in Aalborg, Odense, or Berlin.
