R&D Test Systems is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer

Do you want to apply your broad mechatronic experience to our technically challenging test system projects? Are you motivated by developing new solutions for groundbreaking or one-of-a-kind projects? Then it might be you we’re looking for!

R&D Test Systems are experiencing a growing demand for our competences globally. For this reason, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with at least five years of experience with system design and control within combined electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. R&D Test Systems delivers turnkey, heavy-duty test systems for primarily wind-, aerospace- and oil & gas industries. Our competencies span across most engineering fields, and you will take on a key role in successfully integrating systems and aligning across different disciplines.

You will be a part of our skilled Systems Engineering team, made up of 20 engineers with a mechatronic background. We have high ambitions, and we help each other succeed and get better.

You will spend most of your time in test bench projects for our customers. You will be a part of the projects from sales or concept phase, and all the way to customer handover. We expect you to take ownership of the test bench by ensuring it meets customer requirements, using the right solutions in terms of quality, cost, and time. The test benches are by nature one-of-a-kind and therefore we often have to create new and progressive solutions to meet our customer’s needs. This gives rise to exciting and technically challenging projects, along with a steep learning curve.
