We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to support our growing international company. You will be responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of our services and products.

Your role as responsible for internal processes and quality standards
We develop and deliver system solutions for a wide range of customers in many different industries, which is why it is important that our solutions live up to not only to our customers’ expectations and legislative requirements, but also our own high ambitions. As Quality Manager at R&D, your role is vital when it comes to optimising and improving our internal work processes, as well as for the quality control of our external projects.

You will continue the work of your predecessor, continuously maintaining and improving the established processes. Our Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2015 certified and it is your responsibility to ensure that we consistently deliver services and products in accordance to the standard. You will be the contact point for managers and employees, providing support across the entire organisation and the different departments – all while keeping the strategical goals in mind and nurturing the existing work processes, best practices, and values.

What does it take to work at R&D?

We expect that you are a people person – one who knows how to communicate with all the different stakeholders and partners that you will be in contact with. You thrive when your plate is full of different tasks and can take control of any situation. Your vast experience both the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the welding standard 3834/1090 as well as entails economy and KPI’s.


You should also have experience with:

  • Lean or similar process management
  • Change processes and change management
  • Development processes, including decision points, stage gate, i.e.
  • Construction method, processes, and execution
  • CE marking/certificate
  • FMEA
  • Risk Assessment
  • Project management
  • Audits
  • Training and workshops


And not to forget, we expect that you are pragmatic, executable and able to implement. That you have an energetic mindset and a keen sense of humor that inspires your colleagues and customers.
