R&D Test Systems is looking for a Project Manager with technical flair
Are you dreaming about leading a project team and third parties for the execution of complex projects? Challenge the project team on all levels of the project – also on the technical level?
R&D Test systems is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, definition and execution of large and technically challenging test system projects –between DKK 2 and 300mio.
We are on the lookout for a new colleague who can deliver projects on time, facilitate the technical solution, negotiate with suppliers and manage the relationship with the customer and stakeholders.
Your role as a Project Manager
You will be responsible for leading the project team and third parties for the execution of projects. This includes that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Therefore, you must assist in the definition of the project’s scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. The responsibility as a Project Manager also includes the ability to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
What does R&D expect of you?
It is important for us that you have experience as a Project Manager and/or a natural talent for project management. We expect you to have technical flair – as we expect you to challenge the technical team and show technical interest even when leading large scale projects. As R&D is an international engineering company, we expect that you have a degree in engineering and have strong analytical skills. Being a global company, you must be fully proficient in English, both written and verbal. The job requires you to be self-motivated and target-driven where engagement, customer-facing and internal communication seems natural to you. As R&D delivers turnkey solutions, you should work process-oriented, structured and solution-oriented. Last but not least, we expect that you possess an energetic mindset and a keen sense of humour, which inspires your colleagues and customers.
