We are looking for a new office girl or boy for our office in Hinnerup with a structured mind to handle various administrative assignments. As a part of the administration, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire organization and be the touch point for all your colleaguesYou will have a lot of responsibility and play an important part in getting the office to run smoothly every day, helping with many different administrative assignments. 

Your role

Your primary task is to keep the office tidy, which includes cleaning the coffee machines, ensuring office supplies are stocked up, provide refreshments for meetings and making sure the office is presentable in general. You are also responsible for updating competence profiles for our engineers, preparing and post certain updates on the intranet and on social media. Furthermore, you will photograph new employees, help prepare and clear after lunch, and assist planning events inhouse.  

As you will be in the same office as our marketing team, your work also entails assisting our Marketing Coordinator with various tasks when needed. The tasks entail updating and translating documents, preparing and packing for fairs and similar assignments.  

About you 

By nature, you are an outgoing person, and your smile is never far away, rubbing off on your colleagues with your good mood. You are proactive and can work independently. Structure is second nature to you, and you have an eye for detailsYou are quick to adapt to new situations, can keep a sense of perspective and keep levelheaded in a busy environment.

It would be a plus if you are interested in photography. 

We also expect that you: 

  • Are an experienced user of the Office package
  • Possess great communicative abilities, which involve great linguistic skills in Danish and English.
  • Have a driver’s license
