The quality management system standard is one of the most widely spread business standards, as it presents principles and opportunities for improving business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The good evaluation reinforces R&D’s clear vision of its future and shows that the company is growing in the right direction. In the long-term, it assures the continuity of R&D’s competitiveness and competence in managing complex projects that require highly specialised engineering knowledge.

The audit by DNV is an ongoing process that is based on interviews with managers and leaders, as well as on the assessment of internal systems and satisfaction surveys.
