At R&D Test Systems, we specialize in providing accurate and reliable torque-tension testing services using our custom-built test rig.

Our testing facility is capable of determining the relationship between applied torque and resulting tension in the fastener for bolts and studs ranging from M33 to M100.

We are able to determine the resulting clamping force up to 6 kN.

Our torque-tension test service is designed specifically for large-scale fasteners that are used in the wind industry to achieve better insights on the mechanical behavior of fasteners, where we replicate the actual tightening protocol used in situ.
